We moved from SĂŁo Paulo to Praia Grande in this condominium, we were well attended by the building staff, small elevator, but the stairs are wide.

Underground garage, with few spaces and tight, service elevator in need of repairs and cleaning, outside entrance area with mud but walls, in general the building needs cleaning.
