★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tirassem alguns moradores que gostam de maltratar animais gratuitamente, seria o lugar ideal. Muitos jardins, um bloco longe do outro. Gosto desse "ar de abandonado" à noite, coisa que outras pessoas reclamam. Prefiro o silêncio e paz do que crianças correndo e gritando por todo lado. A iluminação deixa um ar aconchegante, como se estivéssemos no interior. Muitos reclamam dos gatos, mas depois que eles apareceram a quantidade de baratas diminuiu drasticamente. Não sei porque algumas pessoas são tão ansiosas para fazer mal a eles, que nunca fizeram mal a ninguém.
 If they took some locals who like to mistreat animals for free, it would be the ideal place. Many gardens, one block away from the other. I like this "abandoned look" at night, which other people complain about. I prefer silence and peace than kids running and screaming everywhere. The lighting leaves a warm air, as if we were inside. Many complain about cats, but after they appeared the amount of cockroaches decreased dramatically. I don't know why some people are so eager to hurt them that they never hurt anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para a família que busca segurança e tranquilidade. Espaço amplo para a criança brincar e se divertir. Com quadra poliesportiva ...não possui piscina nem academia. Salão de festa com churrasqueira e cozinha excelente e por fim ótima localização.
Excellent place for the family that seeks security and tranquility. Ample space for the child to play and have fun. With a sports court ... it does not have a swimming pool or gym. Party room with barbecue and excellent kitchen and finally great location.

Tenho muita saudade dos campeonatos de futebol que participei... E principalmente, das rodinhas de violão, na pracinha, cantando e tocando LEGIÃO URBANA com meus amigos, SAUDADES!!

I lived in this beautiful place from 1985 to 2002,
I really miss the football championships I participated in ... And especially, the guitar wheels, in the square, singing and playing LEGIÃO URBANA with my friends, SAUDADES !!
