Também possuí na área da estética vários salões de beleza com várias especialidades. No bairro há algumas áreas verdes boas para prática de esporte e tbm caminhada. Está sendo construída um creche pública com previsão de entrega daqui a 12 meses, porém há hoteizinhos para as crianças. Temos uma ótima vizinhança e o bairro possui um grande potencial por está próximo a BR 104, ao Polo Comercial e ao Hospital Mestre Vitalino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As ruas estão precisando ser ajeitadas; tem uma parte com muito Mato que precisa ser revitalizada e posta a disposição para uso comum ou investimento, já que pode servir de área para coisas ilicitas; mas as casas do entorno são boas esta praticamente ficando um bairro nobre.
The streets are in need of repair; there is a part with a lot of bush that needs to be revitalized and made available for common use or investment, as it can serve as an area for illegal things; but the surrounding houses are good, this is practically becoming an upscale neighborhood.
