 As always, the sin of these condos is only the uncovered garages, but the space in very good, recreational areas for fun and the very attentive doorman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar legal, o ruim é que não dá área de nenhuma operadora de celular. E pra pegar Uber tbm é ruim pq eles quase sempre cancelam a corrida devido a distância e a noite ser bem esquisito pela região.
Nice place, the bad thing is that it doesn't have the area of any cell phone operator. And to get Uber, it's bad because they almost always cancel the race due to the distance and the night being very weird in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um local de moradia bacana. Condomínio limpo, organizado, com porteiro, piscina, quadra para praticar esportes, quiosques etc. Só é ruim porque não tem garagem coberta.
It's a nice place to live. Clean, organized condominium, with concierge, swimming pool, sports court, kiosks etc. It's only bad because there's no covered garage.
