★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sai de São Paulo para pegar um chalé pra 5 pessoas, com um valor negociado e chegando no local passaram outro valor que não existia, um absurdo, o dono super esterto e que levar vantagens em cima do cliente!!

Vou desde 2007 quando eram apenas 6 chalezinhos e cada ano que passa, maior minha decepção .
Fui esse final de ano e o absurdo aconteceu, no café da manhã a variedade é mínima e eles impõe o limite de 1 copo de suco por pessoa.
Fora esse absurdo, varias outras decepções.
Preço de ouro, e não te entregam metade do que vale e que um dia já valeu.
Nao indico mais, e olha que já indiquei pra muita gente hein… O sr Elizeu ja ganhou muito dinheiro com minhas indicações, mas está de mal a pior.

I have been going since 2007 when there were only 6 chalets and every year that goes by, my disappointment is greater.
I went this end of the year and the absurd happened, for breakfast the variety is minimal and they impose a limit of 1 glass of juice per person.
Apart from this nonsense, several other disappointments.
Price of gold, and they don't give you half of what it's worth and that once was worth it.
I don't recommend it anymore, and look, I've already indicated it to a lot of people, huh… Mr Elizeu has already earned a lot of money with my nominations, but it's going from bad to worse.

Frequento a pousada a 14 anos, mais é a primeira vez que foi tão ruim.
A suíte que ficamos minava água, toalhas e cobertores cobrados a parte. O café da manhã é 1 copo de suco 1 pão e 1 iogurte por pessoa, somente as frutas eram a vontade, isso que o café da manhã é cobrado a parte no valor de 40 reais por pessoa. Ainda teve um dia que a mulher da cozinha nos deixou constrangido, na frente de todo mundo que estava tomando café, falou que agente não podia tomar o café porque não estava incluso.
Essa mudança fez vcs perderem um cliente...

I've been going to the inn for 14 years, but it's the first time it's been so bad.
The suite we stayed in had water, towels and blankets charged separately. Breakfast is 1 glass of juice, 1 bread and 1 yoghurt per person, only fruit was available, so breakfast is charged separately in the amount of 40 reais per person. There was still a day when the woman in the kitchen made us uncomfortable, in front of everyone who was drinking coffee, she said that we couldn't have breakfast because it wasn't included.
This change made you lose a customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O banheiro não foi limpo adequadamente, haviam cabelos no vidro do box, azulejo, teia de aranha no teto e mosquito morto no azulejo. Além de ter meio papel higiênico no banheiro da pior qualidade. Outro detalhe importante, a porta do banheiro não tinha trava, nem maçaneta, ou seja ficava entreaberta. Colchoes e travesseiros cheirando a mofo e lençóis mal lavados, infelizmente só tive a política de reserva após o envio do pagamento, onde soube que deveria ter levado lençóis e toalhas (o que infelizmente não tive tempo de providenciar, pois já estava na estrada) e que também o quarto só seria limpo mediante a uma taxa. Outra coisa que não ficou clara para mim foi o fato da pousada não ter estacionamento e o carro ter de ficar na rua. O ar condicionado é velho e bastante barulhento, pude perceber que a maior parte dos quartos possui o mesmo modelo. Independentemente do preço pago, uma boa higiene e conservação vem em primeiro lugar. E o preço não foi tão baixo assim, infelizmente a estadia se tornou em uma péssima experiência.

In addition to having half toilet paper in the bathroom of the worst quality. Another important detail, the bathroom door did not have a lock or handle, that is, it was ajar. Mattresses and pillows smelling of mildew and poorly washed sheets, unfortunately I only had the booking policy after sending the payment, where I knew I should have brought sheets and towels (which unfortunately I didn't have time to arrange as I was already on the road) and that also the room would only be cleaned for a fee. Another thing that wasn't clear to me was the fact that the inn doesn't have parking and the car has to stay on the street. The air conditioning is old and quite noisy, I could see that most of the rooms have the same model. Regardless of the price paid, good hygiene and maintenance comes first. And the price was not that low, unfortunately the stay turned into a bad experience.
