★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tivemos uma péssima hospedagem... desde o início os funcionários da casa já trataram as duas senhoras q chegaram primeiro com falta de respeito... a casa era totalmente suja e cheia de pó... com os quartos super mofados... objetos empoeirados esparralhados pela casa toda... a louça estava guardada em armários mofados também, toda molhada e suja... o forno estava simplesmente imundo... logo no dia da ceia de natal ocorreu um curto circuito, onde ficamos sem energia até um eletricista vir tentar arrumar... estava tratado serviço de quarto, onde não ocorreu, pois os funcionários se negaram de fornecer até toalhas aos locatários, tudo isso pq não queríamos que eles ficassem o tempo todo entrando na casa para ficar controlando o q estávamos fazendo... os mesmos ficavam entrando na casa a todo momento para contar quantas pessoas tinham, ficavam existindo documento das pessoas q se encontravam na casa, entravam na casa pra beberem água na cozinha da própria e deixavam os copos pra gente ficar lavando... em nenhum momento no anúncio se refere q a casa seria um hotel e sim uma casa para locação... estão nos cobrando um prato q não foi quebrado pela gente... mesmo pq se o proprietário tem alguma dúvida sobre o prato ele devia olhar nas gravações, pois em todo momento estávamos sendo filmados sem nossa autorização... havia uma câmera 24 horas filmando as áreas comum da casa, pois quando chegamos a caseira foi bem incisiva nos dizendo
“ quebrou pagou” então não recomendo mesmo a estadia nessa propriedade... com frequência alugamos casa no litoral e nunca vimos tal desrespeito com os locatários... foi uma pena... esse imóvel não vale
Unfortunately we had a very bad accommodation ... from the beginning the house staff already treated the two ladies who arrived first with a lack of respect ... the house was totally dirty and full of dust ... with the rooms super moldy ... dusty objects scattered all over the house ... the dishes were kept in moldy cabinets too, all wet and dirty ... the oven was simply filthy ... on the day of Christmas dinner there was a short circuit, where we were without power until an electrician came to try to fix it ... room service was treated, where it didn’t happen, because the employees refused to even provide the tenants with towels, all of this because we didn’t want them to stay in the house all the time to keep track of what we were doing ... they kept coming into the house at all times to count how many people there were, there were documents of people who were in the house, they went into the house to drink water in their kitchen and left the glasses ready we keep washing ... at no time in the ad refers that the house would be a hotel but a rental house ... we are being charged for a plate that was not broken by us ... even if the owner has any questions on the plate he should look at the recordings, because at all times we were being filmed without our permission ... there was a 24 hour camera filming the common areas of the house, because when we arrived the housekeeper was very incisive telling us
“Broke paid” so I don't even recommend staying at this property ... we often rent a house on the coast and we have never seen such disrespect with tenants ... it was a pity ... this property is not worth

The place is incredible and super well maintained. Staff are very polite and always on hand to help with whatever is needed. Highly recommend and plan to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO, PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA. A pousada parece bem melhor por fotos/pelo site. Quando fomos, as áreas comuns estavam com a aparência suja e com cheiro do mofo. Os muitos tapetes no chão e nas paredes aparentam que nunca foram lavados, assim como os sofás. Os lençóis em algumas camas também não estavam limpos -indentificamos manchas. Lençóis, toalhas e a louças são guardados em armários velhos, que também têm cheiro de mofo. A pousada tem um cachorro que pula na piscina e em seguida deita nos sofás e se enrola nas mantas que ficam sobre os sofás. Impressão ruim. A administração da pousada poderia retirar parte da decoração e da tapeçaria das áreas comuns - juntaria menos pó e ficaria com a aparência mais limpa. Outras informações importantes: os banheiros de alguns quartos são muito pequenos e a pousada fica bem longe da praia (é preciso passar a rodovia para chegar na praia). Tirando isso, a área externa é boa e as funcionárias são atenciosas. Pousada com potencial para ser bem melhor se investirem na limpeza.
CAUTION, BAD PROPAGANDA. The hostel looks much better by photos / website. When we went, the common areas were smelly and smelly. The many rugs on the floor and walls look like they've never been washed, just like the sofas. The sheets on some beds were not clean either - we stained them. Sheets, towels and crockery are stored in old cabinets, which also smell musty. The inn has a dog that jumps in the pool and then lies on the couches and curls in the blankets that are on the couches. Bad printing. The management of the inn could remove some of the decor and tapestry from the common areas - it would gather less dust and look cleaner. Other important information: the bathrooms in some rooms are very small and the hostel is well away from the beach (you need to pass the highway to get to the beach). Other than that, the outside area is good and the staffs are attentive. Inn with potential to be much better if you invest in cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa é bonita, mas infelizmente falta profissionalismo e respeito com os hóspedes. Reservei a casa no natal e os caseiros entravam nas horas mais inconvenientes se comportando como se fossem donos da casa e desrespeitando os hóspedes e buscando brigas na área da piscina!! Inclusive quando chegamos após o checkin, os filhos deles estavam na piscina... A situação se deteriorou de tal forma que a caseira se negava a trocar toalhas de casais de idosos e até mesmo não repunham a papel higiênico dos quartos!! ??... infelizmente não compensa o preço pago... estou buscando ressarcimento
The house is beautiful, but unfortunately it lacks professionalism and respect for guests. I booked the house for Christmas and the housekeepers entered the most inconvenient hours behaving as if they owned the house and disrespecting guests and seeking fights in the pool area !! Even when we arrived after checkin, their children were in the pool ... The situation deteriorated so much that the housekeeper refused to change towels for elderly couples and even did not replace the toilet paper of the rooms !! Infelizmente ... unfortunately it does not make up for the price paid ... I am looking for reimbursement

A primeira frase que a caseira falou ao me ver foi “olha bem pra cozinha, tem que devolver exatamente assim, e nao pode deixar louça pra lavar na pia de um dia pro outro, senão tem multa”.... pensei “bem-vinda pra vc tbm” hhahah
Enfim, os funcionários ficavam entrando na casa e tomando água no meio das nossas reuniões de família, a caseira era super arrogante, as fotos da casa não condizem com a realidade. A casa é bonita por foto e de longe, a casa também estava bem empoeirada. Quarto escuro, banheiro mais escuro ainda, tomei banho no quarto da minha irma que era o único banheiro melhorzinho (mas estava longe de ser um banheiro bom). Sao 6 quartos na parte de cima, bem detonados e escuros.
Não recomendo!

The first phrase that the housekeeper spoke when she saw me was “look at the kitchen, you have to return it exactly like that, and you can't leave dishes to wash in the sink overnight, otherwise you have a fine”… I thought “well- coming to you too "hhahah
Anyway, the employees kept entering the house and drinking water in the middle of our family gatherings, the housekeeper was super arrogant, the pictures of the house do not match the reality. The house is beautiful by photo and from a distance, the house was also very dusty. Dark room, even darker bathroom, I showered in my sister's room, which was the only better bathroom (but it was far from a good bathroom). There are 6 rooms at the top, well detonated and dark.
I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante. Fomos em família para dias de férias e só tivemos problemas. Os funcionários da casa não foram respeitosos conosco e faziam até brincadeiras inadequadas. Além disso, quando chegamos as louças estavam com cheiro de um armário antigo em que estavam guardadas. Tivemos q lavar todas novamente. E a casa tem mto mofo tbm, não é bem higienizada. Não voltaria, tampouco recomendo. Foi uma experiência ruim, infelizmente.
Disappointing. We went as a family for vacation days and we only had problems. The house staff were not respectful to us and even played inappropriate games. Also, when we arrived the dishes were smelling like an old cabinet in which they were stored. We had to wash them all again. And the house has a lot of mold too, it is not well cleaned. I would not return, nor recommend it. It was a bad experience, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos passar o Natal em família e a experiência foi decepcionante. A recepção por parte dos caseiros foi rude logo de cara. Eles entravam e saíam da casa sem nem pedir licença e nos tratavam grosseiramente. Os quartos Cheiravam a mofo. As louças ficavam guardadas em armários velhos que tinham um odor forte também. A casa é cheia de tapetes que parecem nunca terem sido higienizados. Um horror! Tive uma alergia terrível! Tinha também um cachorro grande, com cheiro forte e um ferimento no nariz, que entrava e saía da casa. Não tenho problema nenhum com animais, mas estávamos com dois bebês de 1 ano e ficamos apavorados. Sem contar que tinha uma câmera dentro da casa, que nos vigiava o tempo inteiro. Sinceramente nunca vi isso! Me senti invadida! Não aluguem a casa! É dinheiro jogado fora!
We went to spend Christmas as a family and the experience was disappointing. The reception by the caretakers was rude right away. They entered and left the house without even asking permission and treated us rudely. The rooms smelled of mold. The dishes were kept in old cabinets that had a strong odor too. The house is full of rugs that never seem to have been cleaned. Horrible! I had a terrible allergy! There was also a big dog, with a strong smell and a nose wound, that went in and out of the house. I have no problem with animals, but we were with two 1 year old babies and we were terrified. Not to mention that there was a camera inside the house, which watched us all the time. I honestly never saw that! I felt invaded! Don't rent the house! It's money thrown away!
