A área possui um bom espaço de lazer, possui churrasqueira e salão de festas. Garagem coberta. E ainda temos a companhia de galinhas d angola que ficam soltas comendo insetos e evitando acidentes com escorpiões, por exemplo. Enfim, um bom lugar para morar
