 The condo itself is fine. But there is a lack of organization in the concierge and the neighborhood is a little dangerous, so this lowers the score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gosto pq tem igrejas próximas que tiram minha paz, chego cansada, querendo dormir e não consigo por conta do barulho, ou então nos finais de semana quero estudar e eles ficam gritando na igreja sem necessidade. Fora isso, é um bom lugar.
I don't like it because there are churches nearby that take away my peace, I arrive tired, wanting to sleep and I can't because of the noise, or else on weekends I want to study and they are screaming in the church unnecessarily. Other than that, it's a good place.
