★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia ser muito mais organizado. Tem depredação no espaço de salão de festas, não há identificação das pessoas ao entrar na portaria. Acredito que futuramente será mais valorizado conforme vai havendo mudanças de pensamentos de que é nosso e que devemos cuidar. Assim como todo condomínio poderia ter mais investimentos nessa parte.
It could be a lot more organized. There is depredation in the ballroom space, there is no identification of people when entering the concierge. I believe that in the future it will be more valued as there are changes in thoughts that it is ours and that we should take care of it. Just as every condominium could have more investments in this part.

Este local no momento está sendo ocupado de maneira com certeza extensiva... por pessoas que realmente precisam estar aqui, ou seja, são pessoas carentes, indigentes!
