Para aqueles que estão com contratos firmados e sendo pagos, gostaria de propor uma reunião para juntarmos forças juridicas e entrar com ação conjunta para atualização do índice de correção dos lotes para o IPCA ou INCC. Os interessados me procurar.

Estava procurando um investimento e aquisição de um bem para o futuro, até então as parcelas caberiam no meu bolso (1269 reais), o que não ficou claro foi essa correção " do IGPM mensal".. sendo que o consultor afirmou que seria um reajuste mínimo, com altas e baixas, não passou os reais riscos que eu correria, por ser um índice flutuante, o aumento anual foi de incríveis 23%, que aumentaram minha parcela mensal e o valores da minha dívida!!! E senti na prática, na primeira parcela já tive um aumento no valor de quase 10% , e em resumo descobri que esse tipo de financiamento é um total abuso, dessa forma minhas parcelas poderão até triplicar com o tempo! Se eu tivesse compreendido dessa forma jamais teria firmado o contrato , me sinto lesado e enganado...e o vendedor amarrou tão bem o negócio que já nos convenceu a assinar no mesmo dia.. Gostaria de um acordo justo para poder recuperar parte do meu investimento inicial 13500 reais.. e as 3 parcelas pagas até o momento!!!! Hoje sinceramente, meu sonho virou um pesadelo.
