★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio com 3 blocos e um total de 72 aptos com piscina, churrasqueira e salão de festas. Muito tranquilo de se morar, mas não acessível a cadeirantes pois é todo se escadas. Não há elevadores e são 3 andares por bloco.
Condominium with 3 blocks and a total of 72 apartments with swimming pool, barbecue and party room. Very quiet to live in, but not accessible to wheelchair users as it is all stairs. There are no elevators and there are 3 floors per block.

Existe uma portaria central , o que dá muita segurança aos condôminos. As unidades possuem vaga , o que é exclusiva para moradores. Conta ainda com área para as crianças brincarem. Possui quadra esportiva e ambiente para festas. O entorno é bem tranqüilo, embora um pouco escasso de comércio. O transporte público passa perto, onde o morador não anda muito para pegar um ônibus. A Transolimpica com certeza valorizou muito estes imóveis.

There is a central concierge, which gives great security to the condominium owners. The units have a vacancy, which is exclusive for residents. There is also an area for children to play. It has sports court and party environment. The setting is very tranquil, although a bit sparse for commerce. Public transportation passes nearby, where the resident does not walk too long to catch a bus. Transolimpica certainly appreciated these properties very much.
