 terrible, he scheduled for 3 days to do service and budget and he just didn't show up or give a reply, he doesn't answer the phone or message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom o preço também, é a segunda fez que faço cartões com eles. Mas acho que poderiam melhorar a arte. As duas vezes eu mandei as ideias e eles fizeram o famoso ctrl C + ctrl V. Aí a arte fica meio a desejar pois falta dar a sugestão fornecida um pouco de personalidade (a nossa cara). Quanto ao prazo eu não tinha tanta pressa por isso posso dizer que foi bom. No mais o atendimento é bom o que falta talvez seja captar melhor a ideia dos clientes para atender e se possível superar as expectativas.
The service is good the price too, it is the second time I made cards with them. But I think they could improve the art. Both times I sent the ideas and they made the famous ctrl C + ctrl V. Then the art is half to be desired since it is lacking to give the suggestion provided a bit of personality (our face). As for the deadline I was not in such a hurry so I can say it was good. No longer the service is good what is missing is perhaps to better capture the idea of customers to meet and if possible exceed expectations.
