Uma vez meu esposo fraturou os dois braços numa queda e a recuperação dele se deu rapidamente devido a atenção dela nas aulas de pilates! Escolhemos fazer aula de pilates tanto como exercício físico como prevenção de lesões pelo nosso tipo de trabalho diário (trabalhamos muito sentados).
 Josi is an excellent professional! Dynamic, it is always optimizing the class and individualizing the service! We've been with her for years! My husband once fractured both arms in a fall and his recovery came quickly due to her attention in pilates classes! We chose to take a pilates class both as physical exercise and injury prevention due to our type of daily work (we work very seated).

Professoras maravilhosas, visando sempre o bem estar dos alunos e um agradecimento em especial para minha professora Josiane que já vem me ajudado há anos e hoje já consigo sentir como o Pilates me ajudou na minha postura e fortalecimento.
I loved the new space made with great care for us students. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Wonderful teachers, always aiming at the students' well-being and a special thanks to my teacher Josiane who has been helping me for years and today I can already feel how Pilates helped me in my posture and strengthening.
