Estou com 2 crianças em casa.
Liguei no restaurante às 13h00 para saber sobre meu pedido, foi informado que estariam aguardando motoboy, e que seria solicitado um motoboy do ifood para realizar a entrega. Porém as 13h40 recebo a notificação de cancelamento do estabelecimento.
Que falta de respeito.
I ordered lunch at ifood at 12:20 pm and when it was at 1:40 pm they canceled.
I have 2 children at home.
I called the restaurant at 1:00 pm to inquire about my order, was informed that they would be waiting for a courier, and that an ifood courier would be requested to deliver. However, at 1:40 pm I receive notification of cancellation of the establishment.
That lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no Ifood e mandei mensagem por não receber o pedido dentro do prazo determinado, eles cancelaram o meu pedido sem justificativa plausível, péssimo, atendimento e sempre acham que estão com a razão. Orientei a colocar o tempo certo no Ifood e tive meu pedido cancelado. Não indico e não compro mais, a comida pode até ser boa, mas fazer o cliente de trouxe depois de mais de uma hora e trinta esperando não foi legal.
I placed an order at Ifood and sent a message for not receiving the order within the deadline, they canceled my order without plausible justification, terrible service and always think they are right. I advised to put the right time on Ifood and had my order cancelled. I don't recommend it and I don't buy it anymore, the food can even be good, but having the customer brought it after more than an hour and thirty waiting was not cool.
