★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ser un consulado para ayuda de los migrantes deberian reavaliar los horarios. Atender al menos un sabado por mes o tambien en la tarde.
 Being a consulate to help migrants, they should reactivate the schedules. Attend at least one Saturday per month or also in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente una atención pésima, todo el mundo llega tarde, incluyendo al mismísimo cónsul.
Los problemas que uno tiene piden que los resuelva un amigo o pariente en el Ecuador, no haciendo la debida diligencia que como organismo gubernamental y representativo de tan lindo país deberían hacer.
Me dá uma pena la imagen que dan para personas como yo que como estrajero hemos en algún punto llegado a apreciar mucho el país y su gente.
Really terrible attention, everyone is late, including the consul himself.
The problems that one has ask that a friend or relative in Ecuador solve them, not doing the due diligence that as a representative and governmental body of such a beautiful country they should do.
I feel sorry for the image they give to people like me who, as a foreigner, have at some point come to appreciate the country and its people a lot.

Fui no primeiro agendamento e sequer me atenderam, me confirmaram inclusive por msg e quando cheguei esperei mais de uma hora para escutar do responsável que não ia me atender. Na segunda vez que agendei, cheguei com 1 hora de antecedência do horário marcado e ainda assim só me atendeu depois de 1h e meia do horário que estava agendado... Não dão prioridade a quem vai com bebê, pois as duas vezes eu estava com a minha bebê de 1 ano. Precisam rever os padrões de atendimento. (Edit) Reiterando o dito acima, conforme a resposta do consulado, recordo que esse dia citado onde me atenderam em seguida foi a terceira vez que fui ao consulado, por um trâmite diferente do primeiro citado. Referente ao primeiro dia, que alegam que não me atenderam por haver chegado cestas de doação, digo uma vez mais que não me foi avisado o cancelamento da cita, pois em todo tempo estávamos em contato com o consulado e inclusive horas antes foi confirmada a cita, mas ao chegar nos fizeram esperar 1h na recepção do prédio para depois dizer que não seríamos atendidos. Na segunda vez que fui, no início de janeiro, para resolver do cancelamento dos vistos dos meus filhos, eu tinha horário para as 15h, cheguei às 14h e só fui atendida as 16:15h... Saí do consulado já passava das 17h. O mencionado dia que me atenderam rápido, foi a última vez que compareci no consulado, semana passada, para fazer um poder. E sim cheguei 20 minutos atrasada por causa do trânsito, afinal moro em outra cidade, e além do que avisei que haveria o atraso em caminho. Uma pena mesmo que falta o atendimento humanizado.

The second time I booked, I arrived 1 hour in advance of the scheduled time and still only attended after 1 hour and a half of the time that was scheduled ... They do not give priority to those who go with baby, because both times I was with my 1 year old baby. They need to review the standards of care. (Edit) Reiterating the aforementioned, according to the consulate's response, I recall that that day mentioned where I was treated next was the third time I went to the consulate, due to a procedure different from the first mentioned. Regarding the first day, who claim that they did not attend me because donation baskets had arrived, I say once again that I was not notified of the cancellation of the appointment, since at all times we were in contact with the consulate and even hours before the appointment was confirmed , but when we arrived we had to wait 1h at the reception of the building and then say that we would not be served. The second time I went, at the beginning of January, to resolve the cancellation of my children's visas, I had a time for 3 pm, I arrived at 2 pm and I was only attended at 4:15 pm ... I left the consulate already after 5 pm. The aforementioned day that I was answered quickly, was the last time I went to the consulate, last week, to make a power. And yes I arrived 20 minutes late because of traffic, after all I live in another city, and in addition to what I told you there would be a delay on the way. A pity even if humanized care is lacking.
