Não tinha um sabão no banheiro e muito menos álcool em gel, passei em um momento de necessidade lá, mas se possível não volto
 No employee wore a mask!
There was no soap in the bathroom and much less alcohol gel, I spent there in a moment of need there, but if possible I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência no local e não retorno mais. Inicialmente até atenderam bem mas eu estava com o tempo bem contado (sim, eu sei que isso não é culpa do local). Tinha mais duas mesas na minha frente e para entregar a refeição para a primeira mesa demoraram em torno de 30 minutos (do tempo que eu cheguei lá, antes disso não sei). Por conta do tempo perguntei se poderia colocar em marmitex, prontamente responderam que sim, e pedi desculpas pela pressa. Mais de 15 minutos haviam se passado e nada.. ia pedir para cancelarem mas a atendente disse que já estava pronto e só colocariam na marmitex. Quando fui comer o meu não tinha nada de batata frita, a salada veio uma merreca e ainda veio cheio de sujeira. Comi porque não tinha outra opção, a salada joguei fora.
Por mais que eu estivesse com pressa e que isso não era culpa e nem problema deles, eu acredito que cliente é cliente e deve ser tratado bem sempre. Pode ter certeza que não fui grossa em momento algum e muito menos incoveniente. Achei total falta de respeito, profissionalismo e de caráter! Prefiro pagar o dobro em um mesmo tipo de comida e ser bem tratada do que pagar mais barato e ter que passar por uma situação dessas.
Sou da área gastronômica e nunca faria algo do tipo simplesmente porque o cliente estava com pressa.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at the site and will not return more. Initially they even served well but I had a good time (yes, I know this is not the fault of the place). There were two more tables in front of me and it took about 30 minutes to deliver the meal to the first table (from the time I got there, before that I don't know). As a result of the time I asked if I could put it in marmitex, they promptly answered yes, and I apologized for the rush. More than 15 minutes had passed and nothing ... I was going to ask them to cancel but the attendant said it was ready and they would only put it in the box. When I went to eat mine there was nothing fries, the salad came with a morsel and still came full of dirt. I ate because I had no other option, the salad I threw away.
As much as I was in a hurry and it was neither their fault nor their problem, I believe that a customer is a customer and should always be treated well. You can be sure that I was not rude at any time and much less inconvenient. I found total lack of respect, professionalism and character! I prefer to pay double for the same type of food and be treated well than to pay cheaper and having to go through a situation like this.
I am from the gastronomic area and would never do anything like that simply because the customer was in a hurry.

Very good place. Excellent service, the owner was very kind. Very good food with a taste of home cooking. Prices are pretty low compared to other restaurants.

Preços salgados , principalmente porções e bebidas em geral. Resumo não entrega o que o preço sugere, existem outras opções de preço equivalente e de melhor qualidade.
The service was simple but good. The food took a while to be delivered (about 50 minutes for a basic dish) obs: the restaurant was not full. Salty prices, especially portions and drinks in general. Summary does not deliver what the price suggests, there are other options of equivalent price and better quality.
