★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ouvi falar sobre o restaurante numa reportagem da televisão, no programa culinário Panela de Bairro, devido a um prato servido ali: o porco com rapadura.
São costelas suínas marinadas no limão, e assadas com, entre outros ingredientes, raspas de rapadura.
Fiquei intrigadíssima e, como estava com viagem marcada para a cidade de Piatã, onde o restaurante se localiza, coloquei ele no meu radar.
A chegada ao restaurante chocou um pouco. No início do mês de janeiro/22, quando estive lá, ele estava passando por uma reforma e manutenção por conta de vazamentos e adaptação, o que deixava o ambiente bem pouco atraente. Mas, o estabelecimento precisava continuar funcionando. Assim, eles estavam se virando como podiam.
Como o importante pra mim era a comida, não fiz caso da aparência. A proprietária é a Neidinha, a gentileza e doçura em pessoa.
Estive lá na hora do almoço e perguntei pelo porco com rapadura. Fui informada de que eles não dispunham do prato naquele momento, mas que se retornasse na noite do dia seguinte poderia degustá-lo.
Retornei na noite seguinte e não me decepcionei. O prato era de fato delicioso. Vale ressaltar que o preço cobrado foi muito bom.
Gostei tanto que pedi à proprietária, Neidinha, para preparar mais uma quantidade para levar comigo no retorno pra casa.
Recomendo o restaurante pelo prato e pela atenção dispensada pela Neidinha.
 I heard about the restaurant in a television report, on the cooking show Panela de Bairro, because of a dish served there: pork with brown sugar.
They are pork ribs marinated in lemon, and roasted with, among other ingredients, brown sugar zest.
I was very intrigued and, as I had a trip scheduled for the city of Piatã, where the restaurant is located, I put it on my radar.
Arriving at the restaurant was a bit of a shock. At the beginning of January/22, when I was there, it was undergoing renovation and maintenance due to leaks and adaptation, which made the environment very unattractive. But the establishment needed to continue operating. So they were getting by as best they could.
As the important thing for me was the food, I didn't pay attention to the appearance. The owner is Neidinha, kindness and sweetness in person.
I was there at lunchtime and asked for the pork with brown sugar. I was informed that they didn't have the dish at that moment, but that if I returned the next night I could taste it.
I returned the next night and was not disappointed. The dish was indeed delicious. It is worth mentioning that the price charged was very good.
I liked it so much that I asked the owner, Neidinha, to prepare another quantity to take with me on my way home.
I recommend the restaurant for the dish and the attention given by Neidinha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vimos essa delícia (costela suína com rapadura), num programa de televisão. Como estávamos viajando para Piatã, e óbvio que incluímos a passagem por este restaurante.
Como é um prato que necessita de um preparo mais elaborado e demorado, tem que verificar qual é o dia que estaria preparado para desfrutar (não está disponível a qualquer dia).
O atendimento da Cristiane foi super solicito, e a proprietária "Neide" nem se fala, muito simpática e atenciosa.
We saw this delight (pork ribs with brown sugar) on a television show. As we were traveling to Piatã, it was obvious that we included a stop at this restaurant.
As it is a dish that needs a more elaborate and time-consuming preparation, you have to check which day you would be prepared to enjoy it (it is not available on any day).
Cristiane's service was super solicitous, and the owner "Neide" is not even spoken, very friendly and attentive.
