★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido com eles no wats já começou mal pq não tinha um cardápio pra me fornecer, até então não liguei, falei o que eu queria na Marmitex porém eles me passaram que tem o tamanho médio e o grande! Fiz uma pergunta de qual tamanho era a grande não me responderam o rapaz me mandou um áudio falando que o meu pedido já estava na rua com o moto boy, nisso eles não tinham me passado o valor e eu nem tinha falado o tamanho de Marmitex que eu queria como que eles já tinham feito o pedido. Mesmo assim aceitei perguntei o valor ele me passou. Perguntou o endereço mandei a localização. Enfim estou aqui desde 14:30 esperando a Marmitex chegar e nada já são 15:30 entrei em contato com o restaurante ele alegou que o moto boy não achou o local. E pediu pra que eu esperasse na rua fiquei aguardando lá, tentei entrar em contato com o restaurante os mesmos desligaram os telefones. Não consigo entender como um restaurante tão desorganizado tem tantos elogios. Muito decepcionada com tudo desde o início do atendimento até o final.
I placed the order with them at the wats, it started badly because I didn't have a menu to provide me, until then I didn't care, I said what I wanted at Marmitex but they told me that it is medium and large! I asked a question how big it was, they didn't answer me, the boy sent me an audio saying that my order was already on the street with the moto boy, they hadn't given me the amount and I hadn't even mentioned the size of Marmitex that I wish they had already made the request. Even so I accepted and asked the amount he gave me. Asked the address and sent the location. Anyway I'm here since 14:30 waiting for Marmitex to arrive and nothing is already 15:30 I contacted the restaurant he claimed that the moto boy did not find the place. And he asked me to wait on the street, I waited there, I tried to contact the restaurant, they hung up the phones. I can't understand how such a disorganized restaurant has so much praise. Very disappointed with everything from the beginning of the service to the end.
