★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é melhor que o Santa Rita (que é ao lado) mas é gostoso. Imitam todos os sabores e promoções do Santa Rita e isso ajuda nós clientes, pq a concorrência é saudável e ótima! Já erraram no meu pedido mas nada demais e no outro dia me deram o prato correto grátis. As pizzas são deliciosas!
It is not better than Santa Rita (which is next door) but it is tasty. They imitate all the flavors and promotions of Santa Rita and this helps us customers, because the competition is healthy and great! My order was already wrong but nothing much and the other day they gave me the correct dish for free. The pizzas are delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do restaurante Santa Arena há alguns meses, todo final de semana peço pizza do local. Hoje 09/01/2021 ao realizar o pedido 10632 feito através do aplicativo próprio do restaurante tive um desagradável atendimento:
1. Demora de 1:12h no tempo de entrega, sendo que a média de tempo é de 20 minutos.
2. A embalagem com a pizza estava sem o lacre de segurança.
3. Pedi a massa média e a pizza foi entregue com a massa fina, isso pode ser constatado junto ao meu histórico e junto ao próprio pedido feito hoje.
Espero que minha postagem sirva para que esse tipo de falha não volte mais a acontecer, seja comigo ou qualquer outro cliente.
I have been a customer of the Santa Arena restaurant for a few months, every weekend I order local pizza. Today 09/01/2021 when placing the order 10632 made through the restaurant's own application I had an unpleasant service:
1. It takes 1: 12h in delivery time, with an average time of 20 minutes.
2. The pizza packaging was without the safety seal.
3. I ordered the medium dough and the pizza was delivered with the thin dough, this can be seen in my history and in the order made today.
I hope my post serves to prevent this type of failure from happening again, be it with me or any other client.
