★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui numa segunda, expliquei o q precisava, me informaram q era simples e que na quarta de manhã viriam instalar. Até perguntei se acertava o valor na hora, e o moço me falou q não, só na instalação. Na quarta de manhã liguei, e a pessoa falou q infelizmente não conseguiria vir. Marquei para sábado, avisando q viria para Santos só pra isso. Meia hora depois do horário combinado, não consigo falar com a pessoa. Me deixou na mão 2 vezes. O q era uma coisa simples virou uma enorme perda de tempo.
I went on a Monday, I explained what I needed, I was informed that it was simple and that on Wednesday morning they would install it. I even asked if the value was right at the time, and the guy told me no, only at the installation. On Wednesday morning I called, and the person said that unfortunately I would not be able to come. I made an appointment for Saturday, saying I would come to Santos just for that. Half an hour after the scheduled time, I can't speak to the person. He let me down twice. What was a simple thing became a huge waste of time.
