★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava de comer aí, mas depois da pandemia o restaurante foi perdendo qualidade até ficar péssimo. Pouca variedade (parece que todo dia tem a mesma coisa, ou coisas muito semelhantes), pouca quantidade nos pratos. Quando era self-service era melhor, porque a gente podia escolher a quantidade que ia comer. Agora quando tem torta, eles colocam um pedaço de torta no seu prato. Não são dois. É um mesmo. E o pedaço é um quadradinho mínimo. Se está com dó de servir, melhor nem fazer. Quando é delivery, vira e mexe mandam a marmita faltando ingredientes. Se você reclama, propõem "soluções" risíveis, do tipo "desconto de dois reais na próxima compra". Péssimo. E o problema não é só no delivery. O atendimento presencial deixa muito a desejar. Já aconteceu de esconderem a sobremesa. A sobremesa estava incluída no valor do prato, mas não estava visível em lugar nenhum, como se estivesse escondida mesmo. Você termina de comer e o sujeito recolhe seu prato sem pedir licença e sem olhar na sua cara. E não oferece a sobremesa, claro. Parece que você está fazendo um favor ao proprietário ao comer ali.
Apesar de a comida não ser exatamente ruim e de ser o restaurante vegetariano mais antigo de Jundiaí, não vale a pena colocar um real do seu dinheiro suado ali.
I liked to eat there, but after the pandemic the restaurant started to lose quality until it was terrible. Little variety (it seems that every day has the same thing, or very similar things), little quantity in the dishes. When it was self-service it was better, because we could choose the amount we were going to eat. Now when there is pie, they put a piece of pie on your plate. There are two. It's the same. And the piece is a minimal square. If you feel sorry for serving, better not even do it. When it's delivery, it turns and moves the lunchbox missing ingredients. If you complain, they offer laughable "solutions", such as "two reais discount on the next purchase". Terrible. And the problem is not only in delivery. The face-to-face service leaves much to be desired. They happened to hide dessert already. Dessert was included in the value of the dish, but it was not visible anywhere, as if it were really hidden. You finish eating and the guy picks up his plate without asking permission and without looking you in the face. And he doesn't offer dessert, of course. It looks like you're doing the owner a favor by eating there.
Although the food is not exactly bad and it is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in Jundiaí, there is no point in putting a real of your hard-earned money there.
