Não tenho o hábito de reclamar de nada mas não dá.
Recentemente fui pegar uma Marmitex para minha chefe e esse restaurante trabalha com self-service. Lá tem opções de misturas e minha chefe pediu pra que eu ligasse para mostrar as opções que tinha e colocar para levar pra ela. Eu fiz vídeo chamada para saber quais ela queria e uma senhora TOTALMENTE arrogante veio me perguntar grossa se eu era de outro restaurante, achando que eu estava fazendo vídeo chamada para mostrar as coisas deles para alguém. Eu disse que não, e que minha área não era nem cozinha e que era totalmente diferente, expliquei a situação. Ela fechou a cara, saiu e se recusou a pesar a minha comida e chamou uma outra menina para pesar para mim. ( eu vi ela se recusando e brava). Achei desrespeitosa.
Hoje eu besta como sou, ainda insisti de ir lá eu mesma comer, pois não tinha outro lugar próximo com horário um pouco mais tarde e que tinha comida aquela hora. Chegando, a mesma senhora estava sentada com outras pessoas e me encarou, uma cara super fechada. Dei boa tarde e não me deram o trabalho de responder, me deixaram falando sozinha.
Então assim, trabalho com público e atendimento, acho que hoje em dia o que é essencial é pelo menos educação e respeito, procuro pelo menos ser assim com minhas clientes, coisa que lá não senti vindo deles. Não volto nunca mais.

I'm not in the habit of complaining about anything but I can't.
I recently went to get a Marmitex for my boss and this restaurant works with self-service. There are mix options and my boss asked me to call to show her the options I had and put them to take to her. I made a video call to see which ones she wanted and a TOTALLY arrogant lady came over asking me rudely if I was from another restaurant, thinking I was making a video call to show someone their stuff. I said no, and that my area wasn't even a kitchen and that it was totally different, I explained the situation. She scowled, went out and refused to weigh my food and called another girl to weigh it for me. (I saw her refusing and angry). I found it disrespectful.
Today I'm dumb as I am, I still insisted on going there myself to eat, as there was no other place nearby with a schedule a little later and that had food at that time. Arriving, the same lady was sitting with other people and looked at me, a very closed face. I said good afternoon and they didn't bother to answer, they left me talking to myself.
So, I work with the public and service, I think that nowadays what is essential is at least education and respect, I try to at least be like that with my clients, something that I didn't feel coming from them there. I'm never coming back.
