Havia ido em outras 3 lojas (concorrentes) ali perto e nenhuma tinha a máscara que eu buscava... então fui em direção a drogaria ali perto e avistei a MedTec na rua da lateral e fui até lá. Fachada limpa, objetiva e simpática. Condiz com o excelente atendimento que recebi. Atenciosos, mostraram calmamente as opções e entre elas a máscara que eu queria. Notei que essa atenção era dedicada para todos os clientes que estavam ali, principalmente com os 2 idosos que vi entrando. Fiquei feliz em ver isso. Com relação a variedade de produtos, a minha sensação é que é grande. Outros dois pontos positivos são o uso de máscaras o tempo todo por toda a equipe (pq nas lojas concorrentes que fui, as moças estavam sem máscara e só colocavam quando chegava alguém e ainda assim algumas abaixo do nariz) e preço muito competitivo. Super valeu a pena. Tanto que no mesmo dia voltei para buscar mais. Recomendo a loja.
A pleasant discovery to find this store. I had gone to 3 other stores (competitors) nearby and none had the mask I was looking for... so I went towards the drugstore nearby and saw MedTec on the side street and went there. Clean, objective and friendly facade. It matches the excellent service I received. Attentive, they calmly showed the options and among them the mask I wanted. I noticed that this attention was dedicated to all the customers who were there, especially with the 2 elderly people I saw coming in. I was happy to see this. Regarding the variety of products, my feeling is that it is great. Two other positives are the use of masks all the time by the entire team (because in the competing stores I went to, the girls were without a mask and only put them on when someone arrived and even then some under their noses) and very competitive price. Super worth it. So much so that I went back the same day to get more. I recommend the store.
