★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone ríspido. Atendimento pessoal tbm não muito Côrtes. Estou tentando ligar para acertar algo do meu pedido. Tem mais de 1hora que o telefone deles da ocupado, ou atendem e colocam em uma ura.
Tentei fazer negócio com eles novamente. A atendente pelo telefone me pediu para esperar um minuto, tudo bem.. Me deixou esperando por 5 e desligaram sem falar nada.
Se eu pudesse dava 0 para essa empresa
Rough phone service. Personal service also not very courteous. I'm trying to call to settle something on my order. It's been more than 1 hour since their phone is busy, or they answer and put it in an ura.
I tried to do business with them again. The attendant on the phone asked me to wait a minute, alright.. She left me waiting for 5 and they hung up without saying anything.
If I could, I would give 0 for this company
