Tive que ir pessoalmente comprar o farol, quando cheguei de volta me disseram que tinha que esperar, pois tinham outros na frente. Depois de muito tempo esperando, fui embora sem o serviço feito.

Me entregaram o carro com a pintura cheia de defeitos e ainda por cima pintaram um carro de cor diferente ao lado do meu, ou seja, o carro cheio de pintas de tinta de outra cor.
Reclamei e deixei o carro mais dois dias para concertarem e nada foi feito me devolveram o carro com todos os problemas que havia da primeira vez.
Worst service I have ever seen in my life, they changed the price from the original quote by raising the price.
They gave me the car with the paint full of defects and on top of that they painted a car of a different color next to mine, that is, the car full of paint spots of another color.
I complained and left the car for two more days to fix it and nothing was done. They returned the car to me with all the problems I had the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço porco e atendimento terrível. Não estão nem um pouco preocupados em resolver o seu problema. Levei meu carro e recebi o orçamento de 600 reais. Optei pela funilaria por ter sido o prazo mais rápido que recebi de entrega do serviço. Quando fui buscar o parachoque, haviam pintado na cor errada. Pediram pra eu voltar depois de 2 dias, que viraram 4, depois 1 semana. Isso porque eu ficava mandando mensagem no whatsapp perguntando, pq nao se prontificavam nem a me avisar. Instalaram o parachoque desalinhado e era perceptível que a cor ainda estava diferente. Tinta escorrida da pintura, sujeira. Pediram pra eu voltar depois de uns dias pra polir que as marcas saíriam. O rapaz teve que polir tanto pra tirar o escorrido que tirou a pintura. Pedi para retocarem - "Volta daqui 2 dias que vai ser o dia que o polidor vai estar aqui de novo, a gente retoca e depois já dá o polimento". Voltei, nada do polidor estar lá, pediram mais 2 dias. Desisti, levei em uma funilaria de verdade. E esses vai e volta só aconteceram porque insisti, porque o dono nem acompanha e nem ao menos se preocupa com o resultado. Na funilaria que levei em seguida me disseram que mesmo polindo não chegaria a cor do carro pq a tinta realmente estava errada. Resumindo, atendimento péssimo, falta de interesse de todos os funcionarios e do dono, trabalho mal feito, para choque desalinhado, cor errada. Preferi pagar e levar em outro funileiro que refez o trabalho. Não caiam nessa

They asked me to come back after a few days to polish and the marks would come out. The boy had to polish so much to remove the drain that he removed the paint. I asked them to touch up - "Come back in 2 days, it will be the day the polisher will be here again, we'll touch up and then polish it". I came back, none of the polisher being there, they asked for another 2 days. I gave up, took it to a real body shop. And these back and forth only happened because I insisted, because the owner doesn't follow along and doesn't even care about the result. In the body shop I took next they told me that even polishing it wouldn't get the color of the car because the paint was really wrong. In short, poor service, lack of interest from all employees and the owner, poorly done work, for misaligned shock, wrong color. I preferred to pay and take it to another tinsmith who redid the work. don't fall for that
