★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há 3 dias tentando manter contato pelo WhatsApp para realizar um orçamento e não consigo. Quando me respondem no WhatsApp pedem desculpas pela demora e ainda assim não realizam o atendimento. Não atendem o telefone e deixam o cliente esperando.
Desisto, a solução foi contratar uma empresa especializada de SP, outro nível de atendimento, mesmo nestes tempos difíceis de pandemia.
I've been trying to keep in touch with WhatsApp for 3 days to get a quote and I can't. When they answer me on WhatsApp they apologize for the delay and still do not perform the service. They don't answer the phone and keep the customer waiting.
I give up, the solution was to hire a specialized company from SP, another level of service, even in these difficult pandemic times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entramos em contato com a empresa há uns 2 meses para marcarmos uma visita para analisarem como seria instalado o varal moderno. Foram até o apartamento e fizeram as medições. Aguardamos o orçamento e até agora nada. Mando mensagem no zap, ligo, mas não resolvem nada. Falam que vão checar na parte dos orçamentos para nos passar, que vão nos dar um retorno, mas não dão. Até agora nada foi feito. Sempre dão a desculpa de que estão cheios de serviço. Infelizmente essa empresa não tem cuidado com o cliente.

Estou há mais de 1 mês esperando um orçamento, vejo o atendente online no whatsapp e simplesmente não me atendem, não me respondem mais, sequer visualizam mais. Descaso total. Já tinha feito um serviço anteriormente com eles e deu tudo certo, não sei o que mudou mas mudou muito para pior! Não recomendo!
