★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você chega lá para trocar o pneu, confirma se tem direitinho e depois de 2 horas na sala de espera vem avisar que não tem estoque, no computador marca que tem mas na realidade não tem. Deixa muito a desejar.
 You get there to change the tire, confirm that you have it right and after 2 hours in the waiting room you come to say that you have no stock, on the computer brand you have but in reality you don't. It leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gastei quase 5 mil reais nessa loja, e me venderam um amortecedor estragado que apresentou defeito na primeira semana de uso, voltei mais de 3 vezes nessa loja e não querem trocar.
Se você ler esse comentario, pense duas vezes antes de gastar dinheiro com essa loja, pq o pós-venda é pessimo.
Tempo e dinheiro perdido.
EDIT: Resolveram trocar o amortecedor defeituoso.
I spent almost 5 thousand reais in this store, and they sold me a damaged shock absorber that was defective in the first week of use, I returned more than 3 times to this store and they don't want to change it.
If you read this comment, think twice before spending money with this store, because after-sales is terrible.
Time and money wasted.
EDIT: Resolved to replace the defective shock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lado positivo: pneus com preços justos e marcas boas, e sala de espera confortável com wifi e ar condicionado.
Lado negativo: recepção péssima, atendente sem carisma nenhum, nem se quer abre a boca para dar um bom dia, e ainda atende nós clientes falando ao celular com outras pessoas.
Preços fora da média em peças e mão de obra, ou seja, não adianta ter bons preços em pneus e vc pagar dobrado pelo serviço de mão de obra e peças.
Positive side: tires with fair prices and good brands, and comfortable waiting room with wifi and air conditioning.
Negative side: terrible reception, attendant without any charisma, you don't even want to open your mouth to have a good day, and you still serve customers talking on the cell phone with other people.
Prices out of the average in parts and labor, that is, there is no point in having good prices on tires and you pay double for the labor and parts service.
