★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima,logo na primeira vez,levei um veículo da Unidas pra fazer revisão,entre esperar aprovação de orçamento,e a falta de agilidade dos profissionais,o veículo ficou lá 2 dias só pra trocar óleo, pastilhas e disco e balanceamento, pedi isenção das diárias não utilizadas porém demora muito pra eles responderem alguma coisa,mais o serviço em si ficou muito bom,só esperava mais agilidade da parte deles!!
Bad experience, right the first time, I took a Unidas vehicle to do a review, between waiting for budget approval, and the lack of agility of the professionals, the vehicle was there for 2 days just to change oil, pads and disc and balance, I asked for exemption of unused daily rates but it takes a long time for them to answer something, but the service itself was very good, I just expected more agility on their part !!
