★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar desorganizado, enquanto eu estava sendo atendida notei que diversas vezes clientes diferentes chegavam para pegar ou cobrar suas encomendas e em sua maioria não estavam prontas ou estavam incompletas. Quem me atendeu, foi o senhor Ruan, este ficava mexendo no skype, fazendo outras coisas, menos focado e organizado em me atender, o atendimento foi péssimo, o lugar é todo aberto e barulhento, os funcionários ficam conversando entre si em tom de voz alta no local, precisei pagar pela edição sendo que NÃO FOI FEITO NADA, porque ele passou mais tempo resolvendo outros assuntos do que o meu, no outro dia voltei para tentar ser atendida e tentar resolver o meu problema e no final ELE QUERIA COBRAR NOVAMENTE para TENTAR fazer algo, já que no dia anterior ele não conseguiu, foram mais de 6h perdidas dentro desse estabelecimento no qual eu espero nunca mais precisar voltar. Ah, detalhe, enquanto o dono do local estava presente, tudo funcionava bem bonitinho!!! SEM O DONO PRESENTE O LUGAR É UMA ZONA.
Disorganized place, while I was being attended I noticed that several times different customers arrived to pick up or collect their orders and most of them were not ready or were incomplete. The person who attended me was Mr. Ruan, he kept on skype, doing other things, less focused and organized in attending me, the service was terrible, the place is all open and noisy, the employees are talking to each other in a tone of voice discharged on the spot, I had to pay for the edition and NOTHING WAS DONE, because he spent more time resolving other matters than mine, the other day I came back to try to be answered and try to solve my problem and in the end HE WANTED TO CHARGE AGAIN for TRYING TO DO SOMETHING, since the day before he failed, there were more than 6 hours lost inside this establishment where I hope I never need to go back. Ah, detail, while the owner of the place was present, everything worked very cute !!! WITHOUT THE OWNER PRESENT THE PLACE IS A ZONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de impressão. Fiquei super decepcionada. Na impressora da minha casa imprimiu muitíssimo melhor. Me prejudicou no meu trabalho acadêmico pela péssima impressão. Não recomendo a ninguém, e ainda colocaram a culpa no meu pdf, sendo que em todos os computadores e impressoras que eu testei, a impressão saiu excelente. Não recomendo, definitivamente. Mais de 130 reais jogados no lixo!!!
Poor print quality. I was super disappointed. It printed much better on my home printer. It hurt me in my academic work because of the bad impression. I don't recommend it to anyone, and they still blamed it on my pdf, and on all the computers and printers I tested, the print came out excellent. I definitely don't recommend it. More than 130 reais thrown in the trash !!!
