Comprei uma mini cantoneira nessa loja e precisei cortar, fui informada que não seria possível, daí comprei uma serra para eu e meu esposo cortar, solicitei um ponto de apoio apenas servir de base para efetuar o corte e o gerente não autorizou, tive que ir em outro local.
A minha indignação foi apenas dele não autorizar esse ponto de apoio para realizar o corte que foi rápido e fácil, porém perdemos muito tempo para concluir em outro local.
Essa falta de atenção é inadmissível com qualquer pessoa muito menos com um cliente.

I bought a mini angle bracket at this store and had to cut it, I was informed that it would not be possible, then I bought a saw for my husband and I to cut, I requested a fulcrum just to serve as a base to make the cut and the manager did not authorize it, I had to go in another location.
My only indignation was that he did not authorize this support point to make the cut, which was quick and easy, but we lost a lot of time to complete it elsewhere.
This lack of attention is inadmissible with anyone let alone a client.
