★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita gente avaliando que os profissionais foram atenciosos, mas comigo foi tudo bem longe disso. Fui procurar uma casa com uma amiga, não sei se acharam que éramos um casal ou se tínhamos cara de pobre, mas não nos deram o menor cabimento. Visitei uma casa que até então era pra aluguel residencial, há vizinhos ao redor, hoje recebo a resposta de que o imóvel é para fins comerciais e há restrições para fiação. É muito cansativo ser eu nesta cidade de São Caetano, o descaso é constante em quase todos os locais rs. Recomendo a imobiliária Hoffman, lá eles fingem que não te desprezam, às vezes.

I visited a house that until then was for residential rent, there are neighbors around, today I get the answer that the property is for commercial purposes and there are restrictions on wiring. It is very tiring to be me in this city of São Caetano, the neglect is constant in almost all places rs. I recommend the Hoffman real estate, there they pretend not to despise you, sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, tentei alugar um casa mas a corretora fez de tudo para colocar dificuldades em tudo. É uma imobiliária que precisa capacitar melhor os profissionais que trabalham lá.
I didn't like it, I tried to rent a house but the realtor did everything to make everything difficult. It is a real estate agency that needs to better train the professionals who work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionário desmotivado, sem interesse em atender locação. Mesmo não tendo imóveis para locar o atendimento ao cliente tem que ter empatia e cordialidade.
Unmotivated employee, not interested in meeting the lease. Even not having real estate to rent, customer service has to be empathetic and cordial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento só por ligação. Para a visita vc pega a chave e visita o imóvel sozinho (para agilizar a agenda de visitas é bom, mas depois vc precisa ligar para perguntar as dúvidas e infos sobre o imóvel). Tem imóveis com bons preços.
Call only. For the visit, you take the key and visit the property yourself (to speed up the visit schedule is good, but then you need to call to ask questions and information about the property). It has properties with good prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles trabalharam com um imóvel meu durante três anos e agora que o inquilino saiu deixou o apartamento um chiqueiro e a proprietária me mandou procurar os meu direitos, ou seja ela está pouco se lixando pelo que aconteceu dentro do apartamento. Simplesmente me ignorou total . Um fracasso de atendimento
