Abri uma solicitação através do chat, que é o único lugar por onde conseguimos contatá-los, me deram o prazo de 48 horas para resolver e até agora não me deram um retorno, tento entrar em contato de novo e a única resposta que me dão é que estão aguardando a transportadora averiguar. Não consigo solicitar o estorno na compra, não recebo meu produto pelo qual já paguei, e não me dão nem um parecer.
 I made a purchase through the website, and the order is showing as delivered a week ago but it was not. I opened a request through chat, which is the only place where we can contact them, they gave me 48 hours to resolve it and so far they haven't given me a response, I try to get in touch again and the only answer they give me are waiting for the carrier to find out. I can't request a refund on the purchase, I don't receive my product for which I already paid, and they don't even give me an opinion.
