★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bem organizada e bonita, porém quando fui NENHUM atendente sequer deu boa tarde ou veio perguntar se eu queria ajuda, quando outros clientes entravam eles prontamente perguntavam.
Não sei o porquê, se era por estar com minha namorada ou por acharem que não iria gastar nada, mas infelizmente não tive uma experiência boa.
Well-organized and beautiful store, but when I went, NO attendant even said good afternoon or came to ask if I wanted help, when other customers came in, they promptly asked.
I don't know why, if it was because I was with my girlfriend or because they thought I wouldn't spend anything, but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da Riachuelo casa, tem vários produtos de decoração bonitos, vários com preço bom.
Tem uma parte que tem produtos Harry Potter (almofada da coruja Edwiges), tem produtos de banho (Frozen- Olaf, princesas, unicórnio, super heróis).
Também tem parte de banho tradicional, almofadas, tapetes,
A parte pet é fofa, com caminha do Toy Story, Star wars, melancia, tradicionais.
Gostei que eles colocam uma mesa com produtos temáticos da época, fui dia 20/02/21 e o tema era páscoa (guardanapo, pelúcia, bolsinha, infinitos produtos).

Produtos de otima qualidade e bom gosto.
Tem a linha cama, mesa e banho....utensílios de cozinha...tem enfeites para a casa e tem a linha pet que é muito linda!
Vale a pena dar uma olhada na loja toda...os preços são razoáveis...tem produtos com preços em conta mas também tem uns bem caros.
Gosto de olhar as promoções...é um lugar perfeito para comprar um presentinho pois tem produtos bem bacanas.

There is the bed, table and bath line .... kitchen utensils ... there are ornaments for the house and there is the pet line which is very beautiful!
It is worth taking a look at the whole store ... prices are reasonable ... there are products with affordable prices but there are also some very expensive ones.
I like to look at the promotions ... it's a perfect place to buy a little gift because it has really cool products.

Alguns itens os preços são caros, coisas para cozinha e mesa posta mesmo.
Não irei aumentar minha avaliação, pois comprei copos lindos azuis, mas a qualidade deixou muito, muito a desejar. Primeiro que a loja enche de etiquetas, dificultando a remoção . Sem contar que quando vou retirar, sai a tinta do fundo do copo. Qualidade péssima, r$35,00 em cada um, para descascar. ???
A Casa Riachuelo deveria observar e testar melhor a qualidade de alguns produtos, pois foram caros para descascar, antes mesmo do primeiro uso ☹☹
Good store, I found what I was looking for, with good prices. The store has everything for decoration. I bought very scented candles.
Some items are expensive, things for the kitchen and even a table.
I won't increase my rating, as I bought beautiful blue glasses, but the quality left much, much to be desired. First, the store fills with tags, making removal difficult. Not to mention that when I go to remove it, the ink comes out of the bottom of the cup. Terrible quality, R$35.00 each, for peeling. ???
Casa Riachuelo should better observe and test the quality of some products, as they were expensive to peel, even before the first use ☹☹

Também tem produtos para Pets e acessórios para decoração. Bem organizada e grande. Atendentes atenciosos que permitem ao cliente olhar tudo sem insistir, apenas aguardam serem chamadas. Ficar à vontade para olhar tudo é muito importante em uma loja cheia de novidades! Preços bons!
Casa Riachuelo do Eldorado is a store apart from Riachuelo. There we can find a variety of pieces for bed, table and bath of different prices and tastes. It also has products for Pets and accessories for decoration. Well organized and big. Attentive attendants who allow the customer to look at everything without insisting, just wait to be called. Feeling free to look at everything is very important in a store full of news! Good prices!
