Atendente de mau humor porque eu pedi para ver o tamanho da manta (depois de me enrolar com o preço falando que a cor X, Y, Z estava na metade do preço, e não estava, ERA a metade do preço do outro que eu estava querendo, mas com qualidade INFERIOR, a gramatura era diferente)...Olhando para os de melhor qualidade perguntei se só tinha aquela cor com polka dots... E aí falou que tinha outras cores, mas que estava no estoque. E saiu. Fui atrás e pedi para saber quais cores. Disse que ia ver. Voltou e FALOU as cores. Acho que porque havia perguntado do preço talvez ela achou que eu não fosse comprar, pois não se mostrou solícita. Perguntei se poderia ver (quem compra cor sem ver?)... Como eu estava precisando MUITO de uma ou mais mantas pro sofá, relevei o atendimento que poderia ser melhor, mas não tava péssimo. Mas depois que meu marido imaginou que o Queen seria muito grande e pedimos para que ela pudesse abrir e aí o mau humor dela ficou visível, tirou da minha mão de tal maneira e ainda soltou um 'dá licença' quando nem perto dela eu estava ... Precisaríamos de dois de casal ao invés do Queen, mas não quisemos comprar ali com ela. Agradecemos e saímos. Nunca mais.
I swear I want to buy at the store instead of ordering online, but I can't. Attendant in a bad mood because I asked to see the size of the blanket (after wrapping myself up with the price saying that the color X, Y, Z was half price, and it wasn't, IT WAS half the price of the other one I was wanting, but with LOWER quality, the grammage was different)...Looking at the better quality ones, I asked if they only had that color with polka dots... And then they said there were other colors, but that it was in stock. And left. I went back and asked to know what colors. Said he'd see. He came back and SPOKE the colors. I think that because I had asked about the price, maybe she thought I wasn't going to buy it, because she wasn't solicitous. I asked if I could see it (who buys color without seeing it?)... As I was in GREAT need of one or more blankets for the sofa, I overlooked the service that could be better, but it wasn't too bad. But after my husband thought that the Queen would be too big and we asked her to open it and then her bad mood was visible, she took it from my hand in such a way and even let out an 'excuse me' when I wasn't even close to her. .. We would need two couples instead of the Queen, but we didn't want to buy there with her. We thanked and left. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja mantem o nível das outras lojas da rede, preços competitivos com lojas similares e um bom sortimento. Atendimento muito simpático e a praticidade de estar dentro de um shopping contribui. Poderia um nível de estoque um pouco maior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Entrei para comprar lençóis. No primeiro momento a vendedora me mostrou o lençol que pedi. Quando eu estava olhando junto de minha filha fiquei em dúvida do tamanho do lençol., mas mesmo assim eu estava decidindo qual eu iria levar.
A vendedora simplesmente começou a guardar o lençol e a olhar feio.
Fiquei tão constrangida que agradeci e saí da loja.
É inaceitável e inacreditável que o atendimento dessa loja seja tão precário. Lamentável o nível dos funcionários.
Terrible service. I went in to buy sheets. At first the saleswoman showed me the sheet I asked for. When I was looking with my daughter I was in doubt about the size of the sheet, but even so I was deciding which one I would take.
The saleswoman just started putting away the sheet and scowling.
I was so embarrassed that I thanked him and left the store.
It is unacceptable and unbelievable that the service of this store is so precarious. Disgraceful level of staff.
