Mais uma LOJINHA que não está nem aí para o cliente. LAMENTÁVEL.
CONTINUA A MESMA BAGUNÇA , aguardei o boleto até ontem 09/05 , que venceu dia 08/05 e não enviaram nada e ainda cobraram acréscimos por pagamento fora do vencimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da loja! Porém faço uma ressalva, os preços das roupas estão a cima do mercado! Tudo muito caro, concluo fazendo outra ressalva, outro porém: Pouca diversificação de roupas masculinas. Falta opções para atender todos os gostos! Camisas masculinas, fica a desejar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre amei a Riachuelo do centro, enchia a boca pra falar que pra mim era uma das melhores e eu SEMPRE ia pra comprar!
Ontem dia 20/05/22 fui ao centro com minha mãe e duas amigas de trabalho comprar uma blusa de frio para uma festa, quanto minha mãe ia para o caixa ficamos olhando as bases… Nisso veio uma segurança com alto e grosseiro tom perguntando se precisávamos de ajuda, após respondermos que apenas estávamos olhando ela só foi embora quando saímos dali!
Ela é paga sim pra cuidar e proteger, porém a forma como ela nos abordou e o tempo inteiro ficou em cima de nós foi constrangedor, eu me senti mal em um ambiente que vou a anos, eu só queria sair dali! A atitude da segurança foi desnecessária, se está desconfiada de algo fique atenta, vigie mas não trate as pessoas dessa forma! Por conta disso não volto mais, infelizmente!

Yes, she is paid to care and protect, but the way she approached us and was on top of us the whole time was embarrassing, I felt bad in an environment that I've been in for years, I just wanted to get out of there! The security attitude was unnecessary, if you are suspicious of something, stay alert, watch but don't treat people that way! Because of that, I won't be back, unfortunately!
