★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exame agendado para 8:30 mas desde as 8:25 quando cheguei não tinha ninguém, aliás, teve para receber pelo serviço ainda não prestado, depois foi feito o cadastro e ficamos sozinhos na sala de espera desde então. Mais de 40 minutos depois ninguém tinha aparecido, nem pra dizer o motivo de tanto atraso. Achei mta falta de respeito agendar um horário, não cumpri-lo, e não avisarem o motivo pelo qual me fizeram esperar tanto sem nenhum outro paciente.
Apesar de tudo fiz oq precisava e a moça q fez a primeira parte dos meus exames foi mto atenciosa depois de tanto tempo em espera.
Examination scheduled for 8:30 but from 8:25 when I arrived there was no one, in fact, had to receive for the service not yet rendered, then the registration was made and we were alone in the waiting room since then. More than 40 minutes later no one had appeared, not even to say the reason for this delay. I found it very unnecessary to schedule an appointment, not to comply with it, and not to tell the reason why they made me wait so long without any other patient.
Despite everything I did what I needed and the girl who did the first part of my exams was very attentive after so long waiting.
