★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram muito rápidos para alugar, porém, na hora de entregar o apartamento, foi um transtorno enorme com relação ao orçamento deles para organizar o apartamento. Extremamente alto. Esperava receber o caução de volta, mas infelizmente tive foi que pagar ainda mais. Como mudei de estado e não daria para contratar por fora, e tinha pressa, precisei pagar o valor. Além disso, não se atentam à vistoria inicial. Se você não prestar atenção, vai pagar o que não deveria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugou imóvel com problemas de infiltração grave camuflados antes da locação. Não responde as demandas de solução e fica empurrando o problema. Imóvel cheio de mofo causando problemas respiratórios graves nos ocupantes em meio a uma pandemia.
Fuja enquanto é tempo.
O vistoriador esteve no apartamento, conforme vistoria gravada e fillmada, e informou sobre risco do reboco cair sobre meu neto de 4 anos que reside no imóvel e também sobre a condição insalubre devido a umidade das paredes e ambiente.
Estou tentando contato com vcs mas a imobiliária não retorna.

-Falta de acolhimento ao cliente
-Empresa de valores péssimos
Conclusão: após todo o constrangimento que sofri nessa empresa, deixei em aberto a tentativa de reconciliação, sequer me mandaram um e-mail ou mensagem. Acho que a empresa já tem muito dinheiro, os acionistas não devem querer lucro e nem tem uma empresa que se pague. Não tenho interesse em negociações futuras, não indicarei essa empresa a ninguém e ainda farei propaganda negativa para todos meus seguidores, militantes e conhecidos!
