★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência possível. Não se consegue falar com um responsável, te tratam mal, parecem não precisar de clientes, são grosseiros no atendimento. Não cumprem a palavra e nem datas acordadas. Cuidado, se você depender deles, pode prejudicar seus negócios.
Fora que a qualidade de corte e material é péssima. Nunca tinha lidado com um fornecedor tão péssimo. Não recomendo a ninguém, faça sua caixa com suas próprias mãos que sai até mais bonito e bem feito.
Worst experience possible. You can't talk to a manager, they treat you badly, they don't seem to need customers, they are rude in service. They do not keep their word or agreed dates. Be careful, if you depend on them, it could hurt your business.
Besides, the quality of cut and material is terrible. I had never dealt with such a terrible supplier. I do not recommend it to anyone, make your box with your own hands that comes out even more beautiful and well done.

Pois, efetuei pedido com o vendedor Anderson em Dezembro de 2018, e, até hoje não me respondem aos meus chamados no watzap, e, pelo telefone, o gerente não te retorna! Não merece nenhuma estrela, só coloquei 1 estrela, pq não iria conseguir comentar! Grata
From what I saw, this Company does not need customers. Well, I placed an order with the seller Anderson in December 2018, and, until today, I am not answered to my calls at watzap, and, by phone, the manager does not return you! It doesn't deserve any stars, I only put 1 star, because I wouldn't be able to comment! Thankful
