Fica a crítica no sentido de que a oferta de peças tamanho 01 (P) é reduzidíssima, e, ao ir trocar uma que ganhei de presente, não havia a disponibilidade daquelas que seriam de minha primeira escolha. Falha, aliás, verificada em outras marcas do gênero. Se nunca ha peças ou só há poucas peças dessa numeração, porque não levar mais unidades às lojas (o mesmo também foi verificado na loja do shopping Ibirapuera).

There is a criticism in the sense that the offer of pieces size 01 (P) is very low, and when I go to exchange one that I received as a gift, there was no availability of those that would be my first choice. Failure, moreover, verified in other brands of the genre. If there are never pieces or there are only a few pieces of this numbering, why not take more units to stores (the same was also verified at the Ibirapuera shopping store).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na loja numa tarde de dia de semana de bermuda, camiseta básica e tênis e foi a primeira vez na minha vida que fui avaliado pelo olhar fulminante de 4 vendedores que estampavam o desprezo em seus rostos como se aquele cliente que estava entrando não tivesse a mínima condição de comprar qualquer produto que fosse. Sem falar na obordagem seca e desinteressada daquele que me atendeu. Dei meia volta e fui embora. Sou cliente há anos da Richards de outros lugares. Sugiro que o proprietário ensine que, mesmo estando na Oscar Freire, quem entra vestido de roupa simples pode ter condição de comprar a loja inteira.
I entered the store on a weekday afternoon wearing shorts, a basic t-shirt and sneakers and it was the first time in my life that I was evaluated by the withering gaze of 4 salespeople who showed contempt on their faces as if that customer who was entering didn't have the minimum condition to buy any product whatsoever. Not to mention the dry and disinterested approach of the person who answered me. I turned around and left. I've been a Richards customer from elsewhere for years. I suggest that the owner teach that, even though they are at Oscar Freire, those who enter dressed in simple clothes can afford to buy the entire store.
