★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei em dezembro/19 um sofá e até agora não recebi. Estamos em junho/20 e não informam quando receberei. Total falta de respeito com o consumidor.
 I bought a sofa in December / 19 and so far I haven't received it. We are in June / 20 and do not report when receive. Total lack of respect for the consumer.

So I haven't been to the information given here yet, I'm reticent because you guys don't accept credit cards in physical stores! not with a debit card just a credit card so I feel a little safer! wow what a pity! more i'll think!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de saber se as lojas Cecília Dale não existem mais, ou se vendem pela internet. Estou pesquisando árvore de natal e não consigo achar o site p comprar. É uma loja que amo, mas desde começo do ano passado não vi mais em shoping, por isso minha preocupação.
I would like to know if Cecília Dale stores no longer exist, or if they sell on the internet. I'm researching Christmas tree and I can't find the site to buy. It's a store I love, but since the beginning of last year I haven't seen it in shoping anymore, that's why I worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não conheço essa unidade da Cecilia Dale, mas conheço duas delas, inclusive a do shopping Pátio Higienópolis. Elas são muito parecidas entre si. A loja é muito sofisticada e os preços são caríssimos. Você percebe que são coisas de excelente qualidade, porém acho os valores exagerados. Mas sem você tem dinheiro de sobra, encontrará coisas lindas e bem diferenciadas, de enfeites até copos de cristal.
I don't know this Cecilia Dale unit, but I know two of them, including the one at the Pátio Higienópolis mall. They are very similar to each other. The store is very sophisticated and the prices are very expensive. You realize that these are things of excellent quality, but I think the values are exaggerated. But without you have plenty of money, you will find beautiful and very different things, from ornaments to crystal glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei nessa empresa. Pagam muito mal aos funcionários e se enchem de lucros com seus produtos caríssimos ( tudo da China). Uma vez o Sr Vicente ( proprietário das lojas) mandou, falando bem alto pra eu economizar papel de impressora. Ridículo. A Sra Cecília Dale até é educada.. Mas os 2 se acham os reis da cocada preta. Fora que o depósito Central deles é bem feio, caindo aos pedaços.
I worked at that company. They pay employees very badly and are filled with profits from their expensive products (all from China). Once Mr. Vicente (owner of the stores) sent it, talking loudly so I could save printer paper. Ridiculous. Mrs. Cecília Dale is even polite. But the two are the kings of the black cocada. Besides, their Central warehouse is very ugly, falling apart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja linda! Parece uma casa americana. No Natal, tem um urso gigante na entrada para tirar fotos. Enfeites de Natal lindíssimos, porém muito caros. Atendimento razoável, mas poderia melhorar. Detestei muitos clientes de lá. Típica classe média/média-alta do terceiro mundo que atribui a si mesma uma importância que não possui. Fora essa clientela mal-educada patética, o lugar é agradável e oferece produtos sofisticados.
Beautiful store! It looks like an American house. At Christmas, there is a giant bear at the entrance to take pictures. Beautiful Christmas ornaments, but very expensive. Reasonable service, but could improve. I hated many customers there. Typical middle / upper-middle class of the third world that attributes to itself an importance that it does not have. Apart from this pathetic rude clientele, the place is pleasant and offers sophisticated products.
