Fui muito bem recebido desde o início, sala de espera super agradável.
O material usado é de ótima qualidade. Instalei o Nano Carbon Orion Black no meu veículo. Certamente cumpre o que promete em sua redução de raios UV e calor.
Alguns problemas na película apareceram depois de alguns dias, e prontamente a equipe Rikin resolveu substituindo a película.

O cuidado do aplicador durante o serviço e o capricho, sem dúvida alguma, são o retrato do nível de profissionalismo da equipe. Desde a Manuela, que nos recebe na loja, até os aplicadores, que executam o serviço em nosso carro. O Bruno nos recebe para verificar a parte técnica do que queremos e tira as dúvidas que possam existir.
O serviço é feito em um tempo muito bom, pois serviço de qualidade demanda tempo, precisão e paciência. Enquanto os técnicos fazem a instalação em nosso veículo, aguardamos em uma confortável sala de espera, com o que quisermos assistir ou ouvir. Além de contar com café, água e refrigerantes.
Se algo não ficar da forma como deveria durante a instalação, a equipe prontamente busca resolver! Digo porque aconteceu comigo. O PPF acabou não aderindo em pequenos pedaços e a equipe prontamemte acertou esses detalhes sem problema ou enrolação.

The service was very courteous from the What's App. I requested a quote for the application of PPF on the sill of my car and ended up adding it to other parts (bag and sides of the doors). Tudo muito bem explicado, sempre com o mesmo ótimo entusiasmo.
Equipe excelente que faz até mesmo alem do que necessário para agradar o cliente.
O serviço é demorado porque é muito bem feito. Mas não me preocupei nem senti a hora passar, pois a loja conta com uma sala de espera muito confortável.
