ojo con esta agencia , son informales aventureros .
te menten deciendo que te pasan a buscar y que solo abonas al momento , pero nunca pasan , se no juntan gente suficiente para salir el tour , te llaman mentiendo y deciendo que el tour se cancelo por mal tiempo.
Mucho cuidado !!!
No te pierdas tus vacaciones contratando excursiones con esta gente .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E um conjunto comercial ocupadas as salas em sua maioria por salas e consultórios. Apresenta-se com boa adm, os elevadores atendem por andares pares e impares e tem um empregado orientando os usuários durante td o funvcionamento. Apesar do tráfego alto e bem conservado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente! Del tour sobre todo no nos podemos quejar , también nos dieron un folleto en la playa y no dudamos en comunicarnos .
Lo único que voy comentar es la puntualidad , algo que quizás se entiende por qué tienen varias personas que subir y a veces el tráfico no ayuda .
El resto 10 puntos !!!
Fue una de las agencias más baratas que conseguimos , y realizamos do tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo!! Nao indico nem para o pior inimigo. Prometem demais e cumprem de menos! Primeiramente combinaram um horario e chegaram 30 minutos depois. Saimos 9:30 do Rio de Janeiro, a Marinha divulga a liberaçao de passeios ou nao as 9h da manha. Ao pegar informaçoes sobre o passeio em momento algum cogitaram a hipoteses do passeios de barcos serem cancelados. Foram 140 reais mais mal pagos na minha vida. Maior perca de tempo da vida. Ficam enrolando levando em 3 praias "ridiculas", praias com a mesma beleza e caracteristicas do Rio de Janeiro. Nao fazem paradas nem para ir ao banheiro quando necessario, 3 turistas passando mal e eles mandando esperar 20 minutos pois "estava chegando". E na volta, de noite, queriam me deixar 3 quadras distantes do meu hotel. Pessima empresa de turismo, pessimo guia, pessimo passeio! Empresa de turismo responsavel é a Rio Holiday, enganadora igual a agencia! Uma pior que a outra! E após essa farseta de passeio o Luiz, o que me vendeu, nem me responde mais! Nao estao nenhum pouco preocupados com o turista!

And on the way back, at night, they wanted to leave me 3 blocks away from my hotel. Very bad tourism company, very bad guide, very bad tour! Responsible tourism company is Rio Holiday, as deceptive as the agency! One worse than the other! And after that outing, Luiz, who sold me, doesn't even answer me anymore! They are not at all concerned with the tourist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos 2 excursiones con esta agencia y quedamos muy conformes! Luis muy amable y muy atento, arreglamos todo por Whatsapp. Los 2 guías que nos tocaron también unos genios. Los colectivos impecables y los almuerzos muy buenos! Sin dudas, cuando regrese a Río los vuelvo a contactar.
We made 2 excursions with this agency and we were very satisfied! Luis very friendly and very attentive, we fixed everything by WhatsApp. The 2 guides who also touched us geniuses. The impeccable groups and very good lunches! Without a doubt, when I return to Rio I contact them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia fué realmente maravillosa! El viaje fue en un bus tipo pullman, no muy nuevo pero cómodo y con aire acondicionado. El chofer exelente. Llegando a Angra tomamos una embarcación grande muy cómoda, que a diferencia de otras no iba demasiado llena. Había música, comida, un bar y recorrimos en un hambiente muy festivo las 4 islas con paradas para nadar con peces, conocer y almorzar( incluido en el costo del tour). El regreso es mas hermoso aún, ver el atardecer desde el mar imapagable! Recomiendo la experiencia y la agencia para este viaje. Como bono extra es alrededor de 100 reales mas económica que otras.
The experience was really wonderful! The trip was in a pullman bus, not very new but comfortable and with air conditioning. The excellent driver. Arriving in Angra, we took a very comfortable large boat, which unlike others was not too crowded. There was music, food, a bar and we toured in a very festive environment the 4 islands with stops to swim with fish, meet and have lunch (included in the cost of the tour). The return is even more beautiful, watch the sunset from the sea imapagable! I recommend the experience and the agency for this trip. As an extra bonus it is around 100 reais cheaper than others.
