Por serem de idade e possuírem algumas limitações de locomoção, estávamos preocupados em manda-los sozinho no passeio, mas o guia Bruno transformou nossa preocupação em uma experiência maravilhosa para eles. O relato deles com todo carinho com que foram tratados pela equipe e pelo Bruno, nos deixou muito felizes em saber que temos profissionais e empresas com excelentes padrões de qualidade para o turismo aqui no Brasil!!! Parabéns à City Rio e recomendamos a todos!!!
 I would like to express and share with everyone the excellent experience my mother-in-law and her partner had on the one-day city tour of Rio. Because they are old and have some mobility limitations, we were worried about sending them on the tour alone, but the guide Bruno turned our concern into a wonderful experience for them. Their report with all the affection with which they were treated by the team and by Bruno, made us very happy to know that we have professionals and companies with excellent quality standards for tourism here in Brazil!!! Congratulations to City Rio and we recommend it to everyone!!!

Saiu como combinado, tanto horario de partida, como de chegada. Guías muito atenciosas, prestativas e alegres. Gostei muito. Eu e minha família fizemos 3 passeios : City Rio, Búzios e Arraial do Cabo.
Gostaria de ressaltar sobre a alegria e atenciosidade da guia Renata que nos levou a Búzios. Ela tornou tudo muito mais divertido !

Contratei para o pacote VIP 1 dia no Rio, no sábado 12/3, para os seguintes passeios: Maracanã (externo), Sapucaí (que estava fechada para visitação), Catedral, Escadaria Selarón, almoço na churrascaria, Corcovado e Bondinho. A equipe da agência, que no dia foi liderada pela guia Michele foi pontualíssima no horário combinado, fiz o passeio até a parte do Corcovado (estava LOTADO, subimos com o trem do local e descemos na van da empresa), mas devido a alguns imprevistos de atraso dos pontos turísticos, optei por não completar o passeio com a agência, já que teria outros compromissos no dia. Conversei com a guia que se dispôs prontamente a me auxiliar para resolver a questão. Pedi o reembolso referente ao restante do passeio que não foi realizado e na segunda-feira CEDO a agência já havia feito meu reembolso. Agência séria. Recomendo!
I highly recommend the agency. I hired for the VIP package 1 day in Rio, on Saturday 12/3, for the following tours: Maracanã (outdoor), Sapucaí (which was closed to visitors), Cathedral, Escadaria Selarón, lunch at the steakhouse, Corcovado and Cable car. The agency team, which on the day was led by the guide Michele, was very punctual at the agreed time, I took the tour to the Corcovado part (it was FULL, we went up with the local train and got off in the company van), but due to some unforeseen tourist attractions, I chose not to complete the tour with the agency, as I would have other commitments on the day. I spoke with the guide who was willing to help me to resolve the issue. I asked for a refund for the rest of the tour that was not carried out and on Monday EARLY the agency had already made my refund. Serious agency. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O passeio de barco foi maravilhoso. Foi um sonho realizado da minha vozinha de 90 anos que fez a festa no barco e da minha mãe. A moça que acompanhou a gente era maravilhosa. Fizemos o passeio do cit tour do rio também. Ñ gostamos por diversas coisas.mas nosso grupo era animado então ficou tudo bem.
The boat ride was wonderful. It was a dream come true for my 90-year-old voice who had the party on the boat and for my mother. The girl who accompanied us was wonderful. We did the cit tour of the river as well. We didn't like it for a lot of things. but our group was lively so it was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good experience with the company. My small Cruise ship group and I did the one day tour in Rio on 2/17/19. We were met at the starting point by our guide-Casio, (very punctual). and did an excellent job during the day keeping us informed on what we were seeing, and what was coming up next on our tour.
We saw, the 225 steps, tasted a local drink there, (whew-strong), toured downtown and saw the soccer stadium, then it was off to to go up Sugarloaf Mtn, OK - this was Gee Wow.
Casio then suggested we change up our day due to weather, and swap lunch and Christ the Redeemer on the itinerary. This was a good decision given the thunder storms that rolled in later in the day.
Again - an personal touch that Casio, and City RIO tours did what was a very good decision.
Overall All, it was a very full, great, awe inspiring day seeing Rio, (with only one day in port).
I would highly recommend City Rio tours tour for your needs while in Rio. They were great to work with, and this tour is a very good way to see the see the city if you only have one day in town.
