Aonde foi cortado o sinal é 4 dias depois entreguei o roteador e a operadora agora estar me cobrando por esse período em que fiquei com o roteador na minha residencia.

Where the signal was cut it is 4 days later I delivered the router and the operator is now charging me for this period in which I had the router in my home.

Disseram que atualizaram os pacotes e tentaram entrar em contato comigo, sendo que não recebi nenhum e-mail e telefonema e sabem onde estou localizada. Fora o assédio que sofri de um dos funcionários que me chamou no WhatsApp que eu nunca passei.
I won 40 mega in a Rio Cable draw and now they are charging me the full amount without telling me. The values of my already paid slips are not on their website. They said they updated the packages and tried to get in touch with me, since I didn't receive any email or phone call and they know where I'm located. Besides the harassment I suffered from one of the employees who called me on WhatsApp, which I never experienced.
