My mom bought this pool. It took 20 days to install. Poorly installed. The worker only worked every 2 days. They did not install correctly. They did not instruct how to carry out maintenance. Missing parts. They didn't do the first maintenance. I do not indicate.

O mesmo não atende mais meu número e da minha esposa, caracterizando total desrespeito e falta de compromisso com a responsabilidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma piscina na unidade de Bonsucesso, não indico pra ninguém só aborrecimento! hoje esta fazendo 36 dias, a instalação ainda não foi concluída, a parte que realizaram está mal feita, cheia de vazamentos, os instaladores marcam, não vão e não dão satisfação. E não tem uma gerencia que resolva e dê atenção ao cliente. Total falta de respeito e descaso. Mas olhando os outros comentários percebo que o desrespeito é padrão dessa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa... comprei uma piscina, demoraram para instalar, jogaram fora meu material, jogaram terra em todos os lugares, fizeram comprar canos, conecções, registros, joelhos e não utilizaram, não ensinam como a piscina funciona e não respondem ao cliente, funcionarios mal educados e desrespeito com cliente... poderia citar múltiplas coisas.
Bad company... I bought a swimming pool, they took a long time to install, they threw away my equipment, they threw dirt everywhere, they bought pipes, connections, valves, knees and they didn't use it, they don't teach how the pool works and they don't respond to the customer, rude staff and disrespect to customers... I could name multiple things.
