Terrible service. They arrived at 08:30 to make a change that already had everything boxed up, and they finished at 20:00. Almost 12 hours of change! one of the employees that I won't mention so as not to compromise anyone, was saying that the employees were too slow. The truck is in deplorable condition. In the afternoon when they were unloading, it started to rain, the driver warned that he had to unload fast, because water was entering the truck. The floor of the truck was just a hole. The truck rolls on its side when full. TV cover sent one less, and I saw the note on the driver's paper and the number of TVs listed was correct. Tape to secure their blankets they didn't have! Forgot to take it. They used two brand new rolls of tape! Employees fought among themselves and at the end of the afternoon they even cursed each other, total disrespect. But the worst is yet to come. The fitter. I paid their assembler to dismantle just 3 pieces of furniture. At the end of the day, I asked that I only take one wardrobe apart and the others take it in one piece. Well, just one closet.. when arriving at the destination, the closet was simply assembled, if you can call it an assembly, totally crooked, no door closed. The owner still has the courage to charge me saying that I should have released them only if everything was right. It's easy to say that when the move is going smoothly, it's hard to want to charge me for it after 12 hours of moving, my family and I didn't have lunch because I had to accompany the move, on top of that at 20:00 at night, everyone was tired and fate had no light! I tried several times by whatsapp to ask them to fix the closet. They rolled up everything they could. They arrived to schedule a day, and of course, they didn't show up. I had to hire an assembler, I was at a loss. In addition to all the aggravating factors, the company practically enslaves its employees. They pay an average of 70 reais for each one to stay all day carrying weight. Employees are instructed not to even ask the customer for water, they have to take their water. This is absurd, it is inhumane work. Working 12 hours loading and unloading a truck to earn 70 reais... This was employee reports that's why I'm talking about it here. The service via whatsapp is very well done, in this aspect I need to be fair. They were always polite and explained things well, they were organized. In other words, pre-sales and projection are great, but when it's time to see it, it's a disaster. And in the after sales they run away from responsibilities, I was at a loss I had to hire an assembler. Run from this company.
