★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de entender como funciona o processo de agendamento de consultas pois, estou tentando, desde o ano passado, e nunca consigo, ou a agenda está sempre lotada, mesmo ligando no horário/dia estipulado por quem atende o telefone e passa as informações, ou porque a médica não está atendendo novos pacientes, como já ouvi algumas vezes. Gostaria de agendar consulta com a Dra. Cláudia devido aos excelentes comentários sobre a sua prática, mas está bem difícil.
I would like to understand how the appointment scheduling process works, because I've been trying since last year, and I never succeed, or the schedule is always full, even when I call at the time/day stipulated by the person who answers the phone and passes on the information, or because the doctor is not seeing new patients, as I've heard a few times. I would like to schedule a consultation with Dr. Cláudia due to the excellent comments about her practice, but it is very difficult.
