★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa Rio Tinto está péssima nos horários que sai de João Pessoa para o interior por Cruz do Espírito Santo pela parte da manhã. Ônibus que sai de 1O hs vem vazio, após quase 2 horas passa outro parecendo uma lata de sardinha. O maior tumulto no onibus. Péssima administração.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa muda de horário de partida de ônibus sem ao menos comunicar dias antes. Em uma experiência de feedback tempos atrás, notei que esta Cia. não se dispõe a ouvir seu cliente. Pena. Também ouvimos muitos relatos de funcionários que estão desmotivados, com o salárioo pago seguidamente atrasado, com a extensa carga de trabalho com pouquíssimas folgas, gerando assim desmotivação e baixa estima.

Em pensar que eu a um tempo elogiei a empresa... Quando melhorarem o atendimento, o tratamento com o público e a transparência nos horários reavaliarei meu comentário!

Desorganização, desconforto, atendimento desagradável. No guichê localizado na rodoviária de Jp, na presente data só tem dois atendentes. A empresa tentou modernizar o atendimento, mas ficou pior do que estava. Não tem atendentes, o espaço é pequeno, mesmo chegando com 30 min de antecedência não consegui tirar passagem e não consegui pegar o ônibus pela morosidade do atendimento.
Péssima empresa, falta de concorrência talvez seja o maior obstáculo p fazer com q a empresa preste um serviço de qualidade.

São muitas as vezes que eles alegam está com problema na maquineta de cartão, fazendo com que os clientes não tenham outras opção de pagamento, a não ser em espécie.
