★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que salva nesse lugar é a Célia, pois somente ela resolve os problemas. Mas a Ana Maria (proprietária) é grosseira e debochada com os clientes, embora seja somente por telefone e não tenha a mesma disposição para fazê-lo pessoalmente.
What saves in this place is Celia, because only she solves the problems. But Ana Maria (owner) is rude and derisive to customers, although it is only by telephone and is not as willing to do it in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizo como locadora, acho extremamente desorganizados, eles não seguem padrão para mandar boletos cada mês envia em um lugar diferente (whatsapp ou email) envia atrasado, ou muito perto do vencimento, temos que lembra-los frequentemente que eles devem mandar o boleto para que eu possa pagar.
I use it as a rental company, I think it's extremely disorganized, they don't follow the pattern to send boletos each month they send it in a different place (whatsapp or email) it sends late, or very close to expiration, we have to remind them often that they must send the boleto so that i can pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta educação e respeito com os clientes. A Célia foi bem mal educada ao cobrar um condomínio no qual eu já havia efetuado o pagamento ( inclusive disse que ia contatar o fiador), e não teve nem a delicadeza em pedir desculpas pela cobrança indevida e desrespeitosa.
Lack of education and respect for customers. Célia was very rude when charging a condominium in which I had already made the payment (she even said she was going to contact the guarantor), and she didn't even have the delicacy to apologize for the improper and disrespectful charge.
