★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei 3 anos por meio desta imobiliaria, durante esses 3 anos entrei em contato varias vezes solicitando assistencia devido problemas que o apartamento teve os quais nao eram culpa minha, como vazamento nas tubulações embutidas na parede, infiltraçoes e vazamento de agua nas janelas quando chovia, e eles nunca resolveram, marcavam visita do assistente e nunca iam. Fora isso se esqueceram do combinado meu com o propietario repassado duas vezes para eles sobre um desconto no aluguel e nao me devolveram o dinheiro, imobiliaria de muleques, sem compromisso, nao recomendaria nem para o meu inimigo!
 I spent 3 years through this property, during these 3 years I contacted several times requesting assistance due to problems that the apartment had that were not my fault, such as leaking in the pipes embedded in the wall, infiltrations and water leakage in the windows when it rained, and they never solved it, they marked the assistant's visit and never went. Other than that, they forgot about my deal with the owner, passed them twice on a discount on the rent, and they did not give me back the money, muleques, no obligation, I would not recommend it to my enemy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com essa imobiliaria usam vistoria antiga , entrei em uma casa descobri vazamentos fui até a imobiliaria conversei com eles dizeram q me ligariam para resolverem o problema estou esperando essa ligação há 2 meses , outra coisa antes de assinar qualquer contrato certifique oq vc realmente vai pagar pra ñ ter supressas depois .
Beware of this real estate use old inspection, I entered a house I discovered leaks I went to the real estate I talked to them they said they would call me to solve the problem I have been waiting for this call for 2 months, something else before signing any contract make sure you really pay to not have suppressed later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo.... UMA ESTRELA é MUITO. SUPER DESORGANIZADOS, alegam coisas na hora da vistória que já estavam com problemas. Nunca mandam boleto do alugel, você precisa ligar IMPLORANDO o boleto, NUNCA retornam as ligações, são péssimos, todos os funcionários tem ZERO compromisso com o cliente. Entrei na casa, com a vistoria aprovavda, sendo que estava totalmente sem ENERGIA, ( entrou ladrao e roubo toda a fiação ) eles aprovaram a vistoria mesmo assim. Agora na hora de entrega das chaves, acham pelo onde não tem. A pessoa que foi arrumar a fiação (pai da propreátiria) USOU MEU JOGO DE FACAS sem minha autorização, pra apertar os prafusos, intortoou todos as pontas da faca. Agora na hora de devolver as chaves, querem que pinte o teto, arrume cerca elétrica ( TUDO QUE JÁ ESTAVA COM DEFEITO ANTES) SINCERAMENTE, NÃO RECOMENDO NEM PRO CAPETA. DE TÃO PÉSSIMO. PÉSSIMO, PÉSSIMO. PÉSSIMO. FUJAM!!!!!! É CILADA
Terrible .... A STAR IS A LOT. SUPER DESORGANIZED, they claim things at the time of the inspection that were already in trouble. They never send a rental ticket, you need to call IMPLORING the ticket, they NEVER return calls, they are terrible, all employees have ZERO commitment to the customer. I entered the house, with the survey approved, being that I was totally without ENERGY, (thieves entered and theft all the wiring) they approved the survey anyway. Now at the time of handing over the keys, they find it where they don't have it. The person who went to fix the wiring (father of the owner) USED MY KNIFE SET without my authorization, to tighten the screws, twisted all the tips of the knife. Now when it is time to return the keys, they want me to paint the ceiling, fix an electric fence (EVERYTHING WAS ALREADY DEFECTIVE BEFORE) SINCERELY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND OR PRO CAPETH. SO TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. FLEE !!!!!! IT IS LIKE

O prédio deles é muito bonito e imponente na principal avenida da cidade, mais não passa disso tb.
Não se engane, é uma cilada como vários outros relataram a baixo.
Renter who has property in this real estate, get ready, damage is coming. For those who don't have it, look for another realtor while there's still time.
Their building is very beautiful and imposing on the main avenue of the city, but that's all.
Make no mistake, it's a trap as several others have reported below.

Estou tendo problema para receber de um terceirizado da imobiliária e o pior é saber q o dono da imobiliária está sendo conivente com a atitude do terceirizado ... Trabalhei para um cidadão lá no bairro alto Rio preto , casa 166 na rua José Fernandes billar antes do final de ano e até agora não recebi .. e a imobiliária não prestou solidariedade comigo e ainda manteve o terceirizado na prestação de serviço ... Bad at hiring manpower.
